This Privacy Policy explains how SDN One we collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the QTR Horse mobile application (the “App”) and related services. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and profile data — name, email address, phone number, username, password (stored securely using hashing), profile photo, display preferences, and other details you choose to provide.
• Identity verification data — if you submit account verification, we may collect photos of identification documents, selfies, or other verification materials you upload.
• Content you submit — posts, comments, messages, listings, photos, videos, and related metadata in community, marketplace, auction, or messaging features.
• Transaction and delivery data — order details, delivery addresses, and location coordinates you select on a map when adding or editing an address.
• Device and technical data — device type, operating system, app version, language settings, push notification token (FCM), diagnostic logs, and crash reports.
• Usage data — features used, interactions with content, and activity needed to operate, secure, and improve the App.

We collect information you provide directly, automatically when you use the App, and from your device when you grant the permissions described below.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App and our services;
• Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• Process orders, deliveries, auctions, marketplace activity, and community features;
• Send service-related communications, security alerts, and push notifications you enable;
• Review account verification submissions and prevent fraud or abuse;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Analyze performance, fix errors, and improve stability and user experience;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

3. Device permissions

The App may request access to certain device features only when needed:

• Camera — to capture photos for identity verification, profile images, or content you choose to post.
• Photo library — to let you select existing photos for verification, profile, or community content.
• Location (while using the app) — to help you pick a delivery address on a map. We do not use location in the background unless a future feature clearly asks for that permission and this policy is updated.
• Push notifications — to deliver alerts about orders, community activity, auctions, and other updates. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without the related permission.

4. Sharing of information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With other users — when your profile, posts, comments, listings, or other content is visible according to your settings and the feature you use.
• With service providers — trusted vendors that help us with hosting, cloud infrastructure, push notifications (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging), maps, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, and security. These providers process data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• For legal reasons — when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or our services.
• In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing without your consent.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at info@sdnone.net from the email address linked to your account, or through any account deletion option available in the App. After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data unless we must retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete certain personal data;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• Request a copy of data you have provided;
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing without parental permission). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@sdnone.net and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries where our service providers operate. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Third-party services

The App may use third-party services such as Google Maps for address selection and Firebase for push notifications. Those services may collect technical information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of those providers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. For material changes, we may also notify you through the App or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
